What I have tried:

im seeing that python is easiest to learn but idk if the limits will be what i need

Learn the language that would allow you to meet all of the requirements for your application. We would have no idea at all what your requirements are.

like bitstrips use to be - pose the character
except i want the ability to make more than one character...etc
choose the scenes change default poses...

I'd start by looking at the FB API you plan to use and see what the examples are written in: understanding that language will make your job a lot easier than trying to code in a different one.

But in general, if the environment supports it, the language you know best is probably the most appropriate for you. Learning a new language is trivial - an afternoons work in many cases - but learning to use the framework that supports it proficiently can take months if not years.
