Hello Everybody, I developed a WCF application and I´m trying to build a client program in order to consume it for demonstration purposes.

Is it mandatory to use SvcUtil.exe command to build the class and a config file for that Project ?. I mean, is it posible to develop both using code ?

The client app is a Windows Project.

What I have tried:

I just saw how to use SvcUtil.exe, but I´m pretty sure it has to be a way to do it by code. I´ve been searching thru the Internet.

Thanks a lot, John. I´s nice to find nice persons in this portal still.

I already did that, adding a web service reference to my Project, but the subsecuent code lines I studied before are not working in here, I don´t know why.

Well I know why indeed, I´m making a mistake. let me see if I can find the problem.

God Bless you, Happy new year !!

OK, John, My WCF Service is working fine, even in the client app. But is running in my PC

My next step will be to see how to publish it publically.

Thanks a lot.
