NDIS 5.1 to NDIS 6.x or WLF

Hi,
we have used a open source NDIS IM filter driver( ipfw+dummynet) which is working fine in windows 7 but but not loading in Windows 10 Desktop.

Looks like NDIS 5.1 code to be migrated to NDIS 6.X or LWF to work on Windows 10.

Could anyone you please help on this?
