How to implement workflow activity with MVC studio 2015 through explorer?

Hi,
I need to run a Windows workflow activity with or without MVC in Explorer. I'm able to run the activity through console. But I'm not able to ruin the activity in the Web or Explorer. Can anyone help me on this that how to run a Activity in web? It's very urgent.

What I have tried:

I tried to create the Windows workflow Activity and did in console only.
