SSRS report manager not showing any report folder

Hi,

I am not able to see any folder in ssrs report manager url from a specific user.
Though I am able to see folders through administrator. I have created one user and provide that user only browser access to one particular folder but unfortunately when i login through that user not able to see that folder.

Only Showing two things:
SQL Server Reporting Services
HOME

What I have tried:

I have provide that particular user content manager access but unfortunately It did not work.

You'll need to check if the specific user has access to the folder or report.

As Administrator, on the folder or report level, click the down arrow and then security. From there you set the roles who can view. Thus, I suggest you login as Administrator and set the roles and then in another browser, login as the specific user and test until it works properly. Check the link below as a guideline on home to setup the security.

I am getting below error while in web service url. As a normal user this user can not access the directory.

The permissions granted to user 'Domain\User' are insufficient for performing this operation. (rsAccessDenied).
