How to merge two powerpoint files slides into one presentation using JSOM, REST API in sharepoint online

I have requirement where there is a grid which displays power point file urls in each row and each contains checkbox. when user select multiple checkboxes and click on publish button. I need to merge those checked powerpoint files slides into one new powerpoint document and save to document Library Please help me, Thanks.

What I have tried:

I have tried using DocumentFormat.Openxml dll's because earlier customer asked to build on SP2010 but customer wants move to Office365.
