That's not the same thing as "have a quick google and give up if I can't find exactly the right code".
So either pay someone to do it, or learn how to write it yourself. We aren't here to do it for you.
Start by looking at book file formats: epub, mobi, pdf, ... and working out which ones you want to support. Then work on reading them (and being aware of DRM) before you even begin to think about your UI and the next and previous buttons (which I've not seen any Android book reader use as they waste valuable screen space).
