How to send email with attachedment in HTML using PHP_

hello,
I am newer in php coding.
I have a HTML static page. I want to send email with attachedment from it.
I have no idea about it.

can you help me.

What I have tried:

I am going to develop a website. there i take a page named as Careers. on this page I taken some text field and one attached file as resume.
I want to sent email to (e.g. hr@gmail.com) with attached file.

I assume you also don't know how to upload that resume to the server either. because in this feature that is first step; to upload the file and then send the email using uploaded file.

You can try a complete article on CodeProject, just search for it (top right corner). Otherwise just search for it on Google, QA is not suitable for longer stuff.
