I'm studying a tutorial for LINQ to Entities in WCF Services posted by Mike_Liu, following the instructions step by step, but when I get to the point to add an ADO.NET Entity, the dialog box "Connection Properties" doesn´t show the "Server name" box, so I cannot follow the further instructions, from there, there´s nothing like the tutorial says.
The order is "Add new Ítem" - "ADO.Entity Data Model" (I give the suggested name) - Dialog Box Entity Data Model Wizard "Generate from database" - New Connection - and then the dialog box "Connection properties" wich does not show the mentioned box.
How can I get my IDE to show this box (Visual Studio 2010)
