Any one please tell me How to log errors to files and database using log4net and Entity Framework?

In my project I need logs errors to files and database using log4net. I know how to do using Ado.Net but any please tell how to implement using Entity Framework. We are using .Net 4.0 and Entity Framework and VS2010.

Its writing in log file rather than database table. Its not very explained as well.
