How do I put the control of blinking factor?

At the special time, I want to put a control of button with blinking...

Or I want to make some blinking factor in the UI.

Please let me know how to put in.

There are no items related blinking control with sync of any events.

There is no standard "blinking button" - you would have to use a timer and either redraw it or a blank space alternately.

But there is no blinking control for good reasons: it's generally a poor idea as it tends to be far too distracting for regular use. blink should only be used to bring immediate attention to critical items, not to "persuade" the user what to do next.
