How to split detail section into two individual parts vertically. - Crystal reports

Hi, i want to split detail section into two individual parts vertically. The first part is a repeated data and the other part is static data. It keeps adding white space after every entry. I need to remove the white space.

I need my table to look like in picture 1 while having the static data beside it like in picture 2 without the white space. thank you

What I have tried:

I tried format with multiple columns in the sections expert window. But I don't know how to use it properly. Also tried the underlay following sections but it still shows white space after the 1st row.
