The limitation of using the sensor apis on win10

I want to use the Sensor API like Light Sensor on the Windows 10, but I've some confused about how to use that:

1. The development environment is VS2015 with Win10 only?

2. Can I use the MFC(C++) to use the sensor library, or it just can be used by UWP?

3. If MFC can use it, how to include the Windows.Device.Sensors namespace?

Thank you in advance!
