Rotary dial control for VBA needed

I am trying to mimic the appearance of an audio mixing board. I need a control to use in Excel 2007 which looks like a rotary dial. I am a VBA novice.

The range needs to show from -15 dB to +15 dB for some instances and -6 to +6 for others. The colour of the knob should be programable. A digital readout of the value is not required.

Does anyone know of such a control?
