How do I add columns to a cross tab in crystal reports x1?

HI, I am using Crystal reports version x1. I can't see a calculated field to use in the cross tab.

I have a created a cross tab that shows the number of times an FAQ Title is used for either one month or multiple months. The months are shown in the Column heading and the FAQ Title is shown in the Rows. The summarized field is a count of crystal_txt.Title

If an FAQ Title is showing say 681 times used for July-16 then I want to add another column next to this one that has 30 in it and another column next to this that shows the result of 681 - 30 ie 651.

Then I want to show another column that has $17.60 and then another column that has the total cost ie $17.60 x 651 = $11457.60

times used by month threshold chargeable Cost Total cost
FAQ Title 681 30 651 $17.60 each $11457.60

There would be multiple rows each with a different usage by month.

I ave tried to find a Calculated Field to use in the Cross tab, I think version 14 may have it but not version x1.
