How to transform a ASP.NET project to SAAS ?

I have a asp.net project ,I'm using
Visual studio 2010
SQL server 2008 R2
web application (aspx)
-- aspx
-- c#
-- JQuery
-- css
Now I'm trying to deploy the whole project as a SAAS model
how to do that ?

What I have tried:

There are some solution to achieve this by multi-tenancy,but I'm not getting that depth knowledge on how to develop it
