Cannot send mails to mail server through database mail at SQL 2012

Hi,

I am send bulk of mails(more than 50) to user using Database mail in sql server 2012. But got following error:

Error,The mail could not be sent to the recipients because of the mail server failure. (Sending Mail using Account 1 Exception Message: Cannot send mails to mail server. (The operation has timed out.)
Sending Mail using Account 2 Exception Message: Cannot send mails to mail server. (Failure sending mail.)

Please help to resolve this issue.

What I have tried:

I send single mail to other mail id from database mail. It works. But for bulk mail id like more than 50 it doesn't work.

Ask whomever your administrator is for your mail server. We can't possibly know what your mail server is doing or not doing.
