(VLC activex plugin and IE web plugin v2) - failed to import the activex control.

Hello guys,
I am in problem with windows application VS-2015. In my windows Form I am trying to drop VLC ActiveX Plugin and IE Web Plugin v2. But I am getting the exception "Failed to import the ActiveX Control. Please insure it is properly registered."

Please help me as I can use VLC ActiveX Plugin and IE Web Plugin v2 for making a video player.

What I have tried:

I have uninstall my VLC player and after then I have download the vlc update version 2.2.5. Before install update version, there were no vlc components in COM Objects in VS-2015. After then I have got "VLC ActiveX Plugin and IE Web Plugin v1 and v2" accordingly and I have add those two items in my Tollbox of VS-2015. Now, I am trying to drop it in my Windows Form and getting exception yet.
