How to upload files in sharepoiint

i have created a virtual machine(microsoft server 2012) in ms azure.i have also created a sharepoint 2013 trial.

my question is can i upload a file to sharepoint from another or different local personal computers and perform editing or deleting??

What I have tried:

i have created a sharepoint 2013 on my microsoft server 2013 in azure.
