executing stored procedure with outparameter in oracle toad

hi,

i created one sample stored procure in oracle with one input parameter and one out parameter.while executing that procedure i am getting an error like "wrong in assiging value for output parameter".

please help me how to execute stored procedure with one input and one output parameter.
