It is very simple. You are using frames. The page that gets loaded in the frame has a title but that doesn't do anything when loaded in a frame. You need to set a title on the outermost page.

Your DNS is set up incorrectly.

Your site resolves to 66.96.149.32, which appears to belong to your DNS host. That serves up a static page with no title, containing a <frameset>, which then loads your real site (sopsopmedia.com/rodwellfishingkenya / 46.30.213.236) in a frame.

This is a common mistake, where DNS hosts offer a "URL Frame", "URL Masking", or "URL Cloaking" option.

You need to change your DNS settings so that the A record for your domain points to your own web server. You then need to configure your web server to serve the site as its own domain, rather than as an application within the sopsopmedia domain.

If your DNS host doesn't provide the option to change your DNS records, or wants to charge you extra to do so, then switch to a better host.

That's only going to work if he can update the parent document that contains the <frameset>. But if he can do that, it would be much simpler to just add the missing <title> tag, as Ryan suggested in Solution 1. :)

I still suspect the parent <frameset> page is provided and controlled by his DNS hosting company, and changing the DNS settings would be a better solution.
Thanks guys, I'm trying up the solutions you have provided and I will update ASAP, really thanks had no idea at all, just been posted to this Web department only remembers what I learned in books lol
