Crystal report or RDLC? Which is good and free for visual studio C# application

Hello,
I am planning to generate some reports from my WinForm Application.
I am confused with Crystal Report and RDLC.
CR had a tie up with VS earlier but now its with RDLC.
I guess to use CR commercially I will have to buy a licence.
So please guide me with the licensing for both and which is better.

What I have tried:

Went through the CR website. License cost was around Rs.32000/User

to find your answer and here is a catch. Please note that, RDLC files are integrated into your application, hence when you distribute your application, they will go with it --- WITHOUT ANY ISSUE. But when it comes to Crystal Reports, Crystal Reports for Visual Studio is Evaluation Version. You may produce reports on your own machines, but for re-distribution purpose, you will need to buy its license
