Microsoft release manager taking second last version for deployment

I am using Microsoft Release Management for Visual Studio 2013 Update 2. i have setup deployer using ReleaseTfvcTemplate.12 template. this setup is deploying the code as expected but only problem i am seeing is it is not taking latest version. it is taking previos version of build for deployment. Can anyone provide inputs on how can i resolve this?

What I have tried:

I tried Setting different combination of parameters in release manager template ReleaseTfvcTemplate.12.
