Need to send email to all staff - thought for the day

Hi

HR team sends an Thought for the day email daily, this need to automate so that every day at one particular time the mail is send to all staff.

They can pre-load the content and schedule to run daily.

Please share me a script or tool to automate this.

Able to find script how to run for birthday alerts. But not much clear explanation.

Windows? Linux? BBC Basic? Assembler? Spectrum 128?

This is not a good question - we cannot work out from that little what you are trying to do.
Remember that we can't see your screen, access your HDD, or read your mind.
So we have no idea what systems your HR dept are using or have available, what languages your have access to, or indeed anything useful about the problem.
