How to create new page adminal

I have created the website in HTML/PHP/CSS/Jquery/Mysql

Now i want to create new page by giving the user right to crate the page by admin Panel. Please help me or suggest me some articles by sing this I am able to give the right to the user to create the Page in PHP. Please help me
It's really urgent.

You have written so many things but it's still not clear what exactly is your requirement. What kind of page the admin user supposed to create?
Share what have you tried so far.

i have created website, now i want to give the user rights that he/she will be able to add new pages in the current website with different layout. Now please help me in this matter how can i enable the user to add, delete and edit the page.

Solution 1

After reading lot of articles finally i reached in a decision that two full fill the question requirement to have to divided your program in the small parts and connect them with the database by using the OOP concepts. Then implement them respectively according to your needs.
