Rdlc textboxs properties are grouped or joined together

I am new to RDLC reports and not a developer, so forgive any misstatements I make. i am trying to modify already existing rdlc reports, but when i try to adjust the length of a textbox the textbox above and below it also adjust. I can see some reports it is set correctly but i dont see where to decide if the textboxs are grouped together.
Or perhaps a link to a rdlc in visual studio for dummies link :)

I tried keep together off, and can grow false for the others but that didnt solve it
