How to get Twitter users by location in tweetsharp

I am new in tweetsharp. I want to learn all twitter users which are close to my location. How can I do that? I am using ASP.NET (C#) Thanks.

What I have tried:

I user TwitterGeoLocationSearch for search options. But it is only for tweetsearch. I want to search over users.
