url rewriting in .net 4.0

I am using visualstudio2010, IIS 7 webserver, Windows 7 operating system. I am using global.asax, application_begin event handler to perform url rewriting, but i am getting server error in application "Cinemarts.local", Http error 404.0 not found. but the same code works on windows xp.

Also, make sure you have provided proper access priviledges on the server.
