The chances are that the college has prohibited YouTube and other sites deliberately to prevent students from wasting bandwidth on movies when they should be using the internet for research.
As such, we are not here to help you bypass that restriction: it is their internet connection, it is their right to decide what you are allowed to access via it, in the same way as many companies restrict access to eBay, Farcebook, and YouTube as well.
If you want to access YouTube at college, I'd suggest that your phone is the best way to do it rather than the WiFi the college provides.

Simple, you just need to get the unlocking pass code from the NetAdmin.
But you are a student and the filter is here to prevent what you want to do.
And your question just confirmed that the filter is here for good reasons.
