How do I have multiple statements in an sqlite conditional expression?

Is there any way in SQLite to have the execution of multiple statements controlled by a conditional expression?

What I have tried:

I have tried using the CASE statement in various forms but can't get the syntax right. My latest attempt:

CASE @create_data WHEN TRUE THEN

BEGIN

-- Multiple SQL statements here...

COMMIT

END
