Complex excel import export

I Want to import and export Complex excel in Datagridview and as per that excel some calculation happening like already existing quantity and if i import new excel than that quantity make addition as per their product and its price as well as total that also perform it self. How can i does this things in C# widnows applicatation?

What I have tried:

I tried my self but i kind find out specific things which we used and perform this things

I M USING SQL SERVER 2014 AS DATABASE IN WHICH TABLE(EXCEL) I WANT TO IMPORT IN IT DOES NOT HAVE PRIMARY KEY THERE WERE FOUR UNIQUE FIELD WHICH USING I WANT TO IMPORT EXCEL IN DATABASE AND UPDATE..
DO U HAVE ANY ANOTHER SOLUTION FOR THIS ?
PLS HELP ME IF ANYBODY CAN...
