Trying to add a SQLITE data base to a VB 2015 app.

There are very few articles on how to add SQLITE to VB, particularly recent. The one I found did not include anything about a VB Imports statement or a VB Class with the interface calls, flags, and result code constants.

Please any help.

What I have tried:

Searched articles on this site, the internet, and VS2015 help.
