Choose the language you are the most at ease with.
About any language will do it. I would avoid C and C++ because recent libraries may be more difficult to find. You will find all what you want with C# and Java

Solution 1

C, C++, C#, Java etc. Choosing the programming language first is rarely the best way to approach a development project.
