Listbox does not save the selected values on post back?

I have 7 list boxes in asp .net all are binding if !Page.IsPostBack i have one button of submit when try to submit some of list boxes values are refresh, mean it lost its selected values, can anybody tell what is the simple way to maintain the list box values.

What I have tried:

I have checked the ViewState property as true.

I change the list box to check list box it works perfect. I find that One list box after post back work fine but when add second or third then page cannot save selected values of two or three list box items.
