Converting values of the report in different languages

Hi,

I have my data set stored in english language ,but while displaying it on the report(currently i am using SSRS) it needs to be converted in another language dynamically .

is it possible in SSRS with localization, how ?

I understand that it may need a language translator API , but it should not be dependent on internet as google API do.

What I have tried:

i have tried google API as a test but dint embedded it in my report as its dependent on internet.
