How can I know the best PSNR value of denoised images?

Hi,
I worked with color images. Add salt and pepper noise and remove it by median filter.
I calculate MSE and PSNR.

By looking to the resulted images, they seem good.

please, i want papers or eny help telling me that the values of psnr is good (i.e. what is the best value of psnr)

thanks.

What I have tried:

the values of psnr of the resulted images is about 30-36 db.
