How to attach SQL Server 2012 express edition and .net framework prerequisites to set up file of web application in visual studio 2013 using install shield Limited edition.

Please provide me information step by step.

Please provide me any alternate solution instead of Install-shield LE.

What I have tried:

I have created a set up file for web application and create a website in iis dynamically while running set up file on target machine using install-shield LE
