Is there some class for .netcore for modbus TCPIP

I would like to write a programm to communicate with a modbus TCP/IP slave.
I found some library's but they are all for .net.

I would like to use windows UWP. So i believe i have to have a library for the .NETcore.
Can someone help me with this

What I have tried:

I already tried simplyModub, Nmodbus and a TCPmodbus class.
