Developing an operating system

Hi everyone :) ,
I have 14 years old so that i don't have many experience to make an operating system.

I have experience in operating systems , C++ , C and Basic but i am not good in assembly.

My situation is : I want to make a simple multitasking 32-bit GUI operating system?
