How do I do add, edit and delete functionality in kendo nested grid?

I have kendo grid with nested grid upto two levels. I need to do the action of add, edit and delete in grid with nested level (Toolbar available in top level only).

How do I get all the changed records(new,updated,deleted) with inner levels grid?

What I have tried:

I tried to get grid datasource with nested level grid, but not able to get it.
