How to associate list or library with workflow using vs 2012 for sharepoint 2013 online ( office 365 )

Hi,

I am using vs2012 to create custom workflow for SharePoint 2013 online (office 365 )

I have created SharePoint 2013 App Project ( SharePoint-hosted or auto hosted )

after that I try to create or Add custom workflow in project it does not show

any list or library to attach with workflow ( its blank )

although many lists and libraries are existed..

please guide me to help out.
