How to export database and save structure?

Hi,

I'm new at databases. I got task to export database and download its structure. I donot know how to do it. I learn a little bit MySql and I did tables, but how to do this? I am using MySql Workbench

What I have tried:

I tried google it, I found something about exporting, but I need to know is it good information, because it is important task and I cannot make mistakes

I have file and I need to send exported database and its structure. That is all I got.
