how do i calculate balance column in crystal report. I want to create new coloumn of balane.

eg:
items   income   expense   balance
toner     500      0       500
carriege    0    200       300
machine   300      0       600
labour      0    100       500



I want to display like this in crystal report and with sample project
pls help

It's quite easy to create cumulative sum with MS Access database query. Check this: How to create a running totals query in Microsoft Access [^]
