Ssis while loading data from oracle to SQL server very slow after some time

ssis while loading data from oracle to sql server up to some extent of data(ex 6 crs) it is loading very quickly after that it is taking huge time  for thousands of records also. i have tried by giving partition name instead of table name by this approach also same problem occured after some lakhs of data loaded.please help me out of this
