Android- camera in fix landscape mode

I am calling camera via intent , my requirement is that camera should open and be fix in landscape mode only i.e camera in default landscape mode. Is it possible via intent camera or i have to write custom camera class , any suggestions or reference link.

What I have tried:

Intent intent = new Intent("android.media.action.IMAGE_CAPTURE");

intent.putExtra(android.provider.MediaStore.EXTRA_OUTPUT, Uri.fromFile(photo));
