I have program code spartan 3 nesyx 2, i want to run and flash in fpga spartan 6 nesyx 3 but error...how to change and troubleshoot that??

Solution 1

VHDL support around here is extremely weak. It's a very specialized area that most people will not have any experience with.

Your best shot is to find a forum dedicated to the hardware you're using and ask your question there.
