I have a web application written in VB by anonymous person before long time. Now we need a little modification in this app. we doesn't know which VS is used to build this app but now when i builds this app in VS2015 on window 7 it giving error

could any one help me to get me out from this situation. thanks

What I have tried:

i tried CRRuntime_64bit_13_0_13.msi to install on my machine but still getting error.
