Branch level structure for each developers in TFS for one project

Hi All,
I have a doubt in TFS.which would a proper structure in TFS to maintain a development team for a single project.In project where we are using JIRA.
The structure should be like

1,Branched Development Folder (for each developers).
2,unit testing.
3,testing (reject tasks should be coming back to developers).
4,release.
How could we deal merging and all.
Please help me a detailed description on this.
