I am getting the following error on angular JS error: $injector:unpr unknown provider

Hi
I have created an Mvc app i use Angular js which runs perfectly fine on my development environment but when i deploy the solution to my QA IIS server i am getting the following error

Error: $injector:unpr
Unknown Provider

any idea what could be causing the error as no code was changed from dev to deploy

What I have tried:

i have taken a look at the following

but it is running fine on my Dev site and i have not changed any code
