Ie stop working when I use two screen on my pc ! ?

Hi I have two screens connected to my pc , and i used ie to view my camers in web , my problem is when i move ie from main screen to another it is frozen and display depug error !!!
Any idea what is the problem ?

What I have tried:

Same graphic cards , upgrade ie to another version
This problem in many pcs

What do you expect us to do about it? :laugh:
IE is a microsoft product: contact technical support and ask them! (Though they will probably tell you to ungrade to Win10, and use Edge.)

I'd start by trying it in Chrome and Firefox first, and see if it's just IE.
